Conditions for Refund/Cancellation

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

● The programs were purchased in the last 2 days or 2 days prior to consult date

● The following instances were a refund/cancellation is not applicable:  

● The timeline of 2 days has passed post the purchase of the service.

● A no show to the consult will be considered as a last minute cancellation and no refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
